Labour Rates

Currently our hourly labour rate for workshop and mechanical work is £60 per hour plus VAT, which works out to be £70.05 with VAT.

As of the time of writing (February 2008) our local Mazda dealer charges £95 per hour plus VAT (£111.63 inc VAT!!!)

Estimates

We try our absolute best to provide transparent, realistic quotes for all jobs we undertake. However, due to the unpredictability of issues that may arise during work on your vehicle we may be required to increase the cost of the work or repair if unforseen problems arise. This is not intended to be a 'blank cheque' for when working on your car and we will explain every aspect of work completed when the car is ready for collection. We can also provide photographic proof of any issues that arise if requested which can then be emailed if the customer is not able to inspect them at that time.
